A Bricker. Jr.

A C Bricker, Jr. of Uvalde passed away on January 26, 2008 in San Antonio at the age of 73. He was born on June 12, 1934 in Balmorhea, Texas to Asa Carl Bricker, Sr. and Estelle Garrett. He married Bessie Myrle Yancy on March 27, 1954 in Uvalde. He is survived by his wife of 53 years; two daughters, Tulisha Andersen and Melissa Schnelle, both of San Antonio; two sons, Asa Wade Bricker of Snohomish, Washington and Walton Wae Bricker of Uvalde; one sister, Icy Faye Harborth of Kirby, Texas; six grandchildren, Dustin and Jason Bricker; Dalton Bricker; and Elaina, Emma, and Elizabeth Schnelle; and five great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; half-brother, Weldon Tankersley; and half-sister, Marie Richards. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, January 29, 2008, at 2:00 PM in Hillcrest Cemetery. Rev. M.E. O'Neill will officiate. Honorary pallbearers will be his special friends, Buck Buchanan; Mark Buchanan; Pete Neutze; Robert Copenhaver; John Schnelle; J.C. Chuck Andersen; William Droemer; and Jimmy Neutze.
