Adelle Gregg

GREGG, Adelle E. Della Hansen Gregg Died on May 18, after a brief illness. Adelle was born on January 28, 1924, in Dallas, Oregon, and grew up on her fathers dairy farm. In 1950 she married Bob Gregg. They lived in Tucson, Arizona for many years where they raised their family. GiGi, as she was affectionately known, was a devoted wife and mother who worked tirelessly for the wellbeing of her family. She was loved and appreciated for her calm, kind nature and for her artistic talents. She was an accomplished landscape artist. Adelle was a faithful Witness of Jehovah God for most of her adult life.
Adelle is survived by her daughter and soninlaw, Toni and Greg Hurt, and her daughter Lori Rissmiller Vasquez, all of Uvalde. Additionally, she is survived by her grandsons, Kurtis and Casey Rissmiller of Santa Rosa, California, and her sister, Lorna Wahlman of Penn Valley, California. Her husband, Bob, preceded her in death.
A memorial service will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovahs Witnesses, 210 Jolly Street, Uvalde, Texas, at 2pm on Saturday, May 31. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Watchtower Bible Tract Society, 25 Columbia Heights, Brooklyn, NY, 11201.
