Alejandro Torres, Jr.

Alejandro Torres Jr of San Antonio passed away on April 20, 2022 in Houston, TX at the age of 36. He was born on June 2, 1985 in Batesville, Texas to Alejandro Torres Sr and San Juana Ibarra.

He is survived by his companion, Sonya Vasquez of Batesville; paternal grandmother, Maria Torres of Uvalde; daughter, Elektra Ramirez of San Antonio; stepdaughter, Lenora Rios of Batesville, Texas; son, Juan Lugo of Houston; stepsons, Michael Rios and Leland Rios both of Batesville; sisters, Jessica Esquivel (Torres) of San Antonio, TX; Mayra Torres of Giddings, TX; and Veronica Bernal of Uvalde, TX; 1 Grandson on the way; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by both of his parents; brother, Esequiel Torres. maternal grandparents, David and Estella Ibarra; and paternal grandfather, Gilberto Torres.

Visitation will begin on Tuesday, April 26, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. followed by a rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary.  A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

Pallbearers will be Juan Ybarra, Juan Aguinaga, Daniel Aguinaga, Richard Esquivel, Lupe Ruiz, Ryan Ruiz, Leland Rios and Michael Rios.
