Alonzo Ybarra

Alonzo Ybarra of Uvalde passed away on September 5, 2012 at Uvalde Memorial Hospital at the age of 70. He was born on November 9, 1941 in Uvalde to Ysa and Luisa Lopez Ybarra. He is survived by his daughters, Linda Ybarra Vasquez of Uvalde, Annalisa Ybarra Luna of Castroville, Norma Ybarra Villarreal and husband Abel of Pearsall sons, Alonzo Ybarra Jr. and wife Liza and James Ybarra both of Uvalde sisters, Julia Cardona and Petra Flores both of Uvalde and brother, Moises Ybarra Sr. of Sabinal. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Gumesindo Ybarra and Felipe Ybarra, sisters, Lupe Ybarra, Gloria Ybarra, Joefa Lara, Simplicia Grant, Maria Valdez and Manuela Ramirez. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday September 12, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery. Cremation under the direction of RushingEstesKnowles Mortuary.
