Antonia Garcia

Antonia Perez Garcia of San Antonio passed away on July 12, 2009 in her residence at the age of 81. She was born on November 13, 1927 in La Pryor, Texas to Seledonio and Antonia Perez. She is survived by two daughters; Rosario Cuello and husband, Joel and Rachel Hernandez all of San Antonio, Texas; three sons; David Garcia; Pedro Garcia and wife, Rosemary; and Abel Garcia and wife, Susie all of San Antonio, Texas; five sisters; Ramona Valdez of Florida; Enemencia Mencha Flores of Pharr, Texas; Guadalupe Roman of Del Rio, Texas; Santa Martinez of La Pryor, Texas; and Maria De Carmen Aguilar of Hereford, Texas; two brothers; Jesus Perez and Seledonio Perez Jr. both of La Pryor, Texas; eleven grandchildren; three great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Pedro Rodriguez Garcia; parents; one brother Raul Perez and daughter-in-law Nancy Garcia. A rosary will be held on Monday and Tuesday at 7:00 PM at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Chapel. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2009 at 11:00 AM at St. Josephs Catholic Church in La Pryor with burial to follow in La Pryor Cemetery.
