Aquilino Grimaldo

Aquilino Perez Grimaldo of Batesville passed away on Monday, February 9, 2015 in Batesville at age of 59. Mr. Grimaldo was born on May 12, 1955 in San Luis Potosi, Mexico to Juan and Epifania (Perez-Flores) Grimaldo. He is survived by his wife of forty-one years Eliberta Rios Grimaldo of Batesville; daughter, Cristina Grimaldo of Uvalde; son, Juan Grimaldo of Batesville; step-son, Ramiro Rios of Yuma, Arizona; four sisters, Juanita Ramirez of Batesville; Maria Castillo of San Luis Potosi, Mexico; Gloria Perez of Monterrey, Mexico and Guadalupe Flores of Olivia, Minnesota; three brothers, Alfredo Flores of Pearsall; Javier Flores and Antonio Flores both of Batesville; ten grandchildren; one grandchild; numerous nieces and nephews. Mr. Grimaldo was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Francisco Grimaldo. A rosary will be held on Wednesday and Thursday at 7:00 pm at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, February 13, 2015 at 3:00 pm at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Bateville with burial to follow at Batesville Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Enrique Grimaldo, Ruben Grimaldo, Marcel Grimaldo, Lauro Garza, Angel Garza and Christian Flores.
