Arnulfo Gonzalez

Arnulfo R. Gonzalez, Sr. of Uvalde passed away on December 28, 2007 at his residence at the age of 78. He was born on March 26, 1929 in San Fernando, Coahuila, Mexico to Arnulfo and Paula Gonzalez. He married Faviola Fernandez in July 2007 in Piedras Negras, Coahuila, Mexico. He is survived by his wife, Faviola Gonzalez of Uvalde; five daughters, Maria Elena Delgado of Eagle Pass; Maricela Gonzalez of Seguin; Lydia Gonzalez of Dallas; and Sonia Mejia and Juanita Garcia, both of Florida; three sons, Juan Manuel Gonzalez of Uvalde; Arnulfo Gonzalez, Jr. of New Braunfels; and Martin Gonzalez of Seguin; two sisters, Dora Garcia of Dallas; and Gloria Gonzalez of Piedras Negras, Coahuila, Mexico; and three brothers, Antonio Gonzalez of San Antonio; Guadalupe Gonzalez of Eagle Pass; and Juan Gonzalez of Piedras Negras, Coahuila, Mexico. He was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Juanita B. Gonzalez; a daughter, Santa Lopez; and a brother, Evangelino Gonzalez. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, January 1, 2008, at 4:00 PM at the Jardin De Los Angeles Cemetery in Piedras Negras, Coahuila, Mexico.
