Arnulfo Melendrez Jr.

Arnulfo Melendrez Jr. of La Pryor passed away on June 6, 2009 at his residence at the age of 38. He was born on June 18, 1970 in Crystal City, Texas to Arnulfo Sr. and Maria Melendrez. He is survived by his mother, Maria Melendrez of La Pryor, Texas; paternal grandmother; Juanita Melendrez of La Pryor, Texas; one sister; Irma Melendrez of Dallas, Texas; one brother; Ernesto Melendrez of La Pryor, Texas; nieces and nephews; Angelica M. Pineda, Annabel Alvarado, Gilbert Alvarado III, Analycia Villalobos, Corina Karissa Martinez, Homero Bermea III, and Vanessa Gonzales. He was preceded in death by his father, Arnulfo Melendrez Sr., and one sister, Corina Melendrez. A rosary will be held on Tuesday at 7:00 PM at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Chapel. Funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, June 10, 2009 at 2:00 PM at St. Josephs Catholic Church in La Pryor, Texas. Cremation under the direction of Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary.
