Aubrey Welch

Aubrey Lee Fod Welch of San Antonio, Texas passed away on June 14, 2011 at Christus Santa Rosa Hospital in San Antonio at the age of 86. He was born on November 16, 1924 in Lamesa, Texas to Oliver Bud and Nona Allison Welch. He married Peggy Jo Perkins in Uvalde, Texas on July 19, 1947. He is survived by his wife of 63 years daughter Sherilee Welch Loper and husband Terry of San Antonio sisters Virlyn Boales and husband Larry of Uvalde, Texas Shirlyn Hutchings and husband Norman of San Antonio, Texas Lea Verne Redden of Uvalde, Texas granddaughter Kimberley Loper of San Antonio, Texas and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents sister, Sybil Sweeten brothers, Wilbert Welch and Ronnie Welch. Graveside services will be held on Saturday June 18, 2011 at 11:30 a.m. at Vance Cemetery in Vance, Texas.
