Aurora Balderas

Aurora Balderas of Uvalde passed away on April 13, 2014 in San Antonio at the age 82. She was born on April 16, 1931 in Cibolo, Texas to Concepcion and Petra Aguero Arispe. She married Jose Balderas on January 6, 1956. She is survived by her daughters, Aurora Olveda and husband Sergio Javier of Galveston, Maricela Ayala and husband Sergio son, Jose Balderas and wife Bertha Patricia all of San Antonio sisters, Victoria Larios of Uvalde, Natividad Shafino, and Berta Rodriguez both of Eagle Pass brother, Ramon Arispe of Eagle Pass grandchildren, Sergio Olveda, Griselda Olveda, Alma Culbertson, Adriana Hart, Claudia Balderas, Chasitty Ayala and Christiann Ayala greatgrandchildren, Emilia Olveda, Gabriela Michelle Knight, Michael Anthony Culbertson, Jose Homero Culberton, and Julian Anthony Hart and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband parents sisters, Francisca Ibarra, Ignacia Antu, Concepcion Dura and brothers, Julio Arispe and Pablo Arispe. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 19, 2014 at 4:00 p.m. at RushingEstesKnowles Mortuary. Cremation is under the direction of RushingEstesKnowles Mortuary.
