Aurora Guajardo

Aurora Flores Guajardo of Iowa, formerly of Uvalde passed away on August 18, 2018 in Iowa, at the age of 53. She was born on October 21, 1964 in Uvalde and adopted by Luis and Rosario Flores.
She is survived by her daughters, Marisol Guajardo of Lake View, Iowa and Jasmine Guajardo of San Antonio; sons, Jesse Guajardo of Colby, Kansas, Jonathon Guajardo of Sioux City, Iowa, Raymond Guajardo and Joe Vorrath both of Lake View, Iowa; sisters, Rosemary Flores of San Antonio, Elida Salas of Uvalde, Rosa Paget of Olathe Kansas, and Margie Vorrath of Dennison, Iowa; Luis Flores, Jr. of Gladewater, Texas, Raul Flores of Garland, Texas, Joe Flores of Uvalde, Ernest Flores of Quemado, Texas, Jimmie Flores of San Antonio, and Richard Flores of Cimarron, Kansas. One grandchild, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents Luis and Rosario (Gonzales) Flores; sisters, Vivian Ortiz and Guadalupe Flores and brother, Jesus Flores.
A rosary will be held on Sunday, August 26, and Monday, August 27, respectively, at 7:00p.m. at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary. A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, August 28, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery.
