Ben Graff, Jr.

Ben Graff, Jr. of Uvalde passed away on June 6, 2014 in Uvalde Memorial Hospital at the age of 87. He was born on September 28, 1926 in Hondo, TX to Benjamin W. Graff, Sr. and Paula Sprott Graff. He married Phyllis Davies in Uvalde on April 5, 1952. He is survived by his wife of 62 years daughter, Vicki L. Graff of San Antonio son, Michael Graff of Uvalde sisters, Dorothy Marie Schuehle of Hondo and Caroline Haines of Kerrville two grandchildren, Jason Graff and Ayruvi Moos and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents. The family will greet visitors on Sunday from 5:006:00 pm at RushingEstesKnowles Mortuary. Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 9, 2014 at 10:00 AM at Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Knippa with burial to follow in Knippa Cemetery. Rev. Nathan Lafrenz will officiate. Pallbearers will be Richard Haines, Wesley Kramer, Herman Pesina, Bobby Padilla, Clyde Schuehle, and Ronald Haines.
