Bernadette Frerich

Bernadette Frerich of Brackettville passed away on March 3, 2009 in Amistad Nursing Home at the age of 95. She was born on May 29, 1913 in New Braunfels, Texas to Peter and Clara Friesenhahn. She married Orville Frerich in New Braunfels, Texas on October 4, 1945. She is survived by her husband of 63 years Orville Frerich of Brackettville, Texas; two sons; Tony Frerich and wife, Nancy of Brackettville, Texas; and Joe Frerich of Eddy, Texas; grandchildren; Toby Frerich and wife,Staci of Sinton, Texas; Tammy Parrish and husband, Michael of Mason, Texas; Suzanne Frerich of Waco, Texas; Joe Frerich II of Eddy, Texas; and Tommy Frerich and wife Jenny of Waco, Texas; great grandchildren; Tristan and Megan Frerich of Sinton, Texas; and John Preston Parrish of Mason, Texas.Numerous and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; and five brothers. A rosary will be held on Friday at 7:00 PM in St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church in Brackettville, Texas. Funeral services will be on Saturday, March 7, 2009 at 11:00 AM at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church with burial to follow in Kinney County Catholic Cemetery. Father Clay Hunt III will be officiating. Pallbearers will be Toby Frerich, Joe Frerich II, Tommy Frerich, Michael Parrish, Ray Lucera, and Phil Hage.
