Betty Peters

Betty Jane Peters of Uvalde passed away on July 1, 2013 at Uvalde Memorial Hospital at the age of 70. She was born on May 19, 1943 in Hagerstown, Maryland to Delores and Durell Baker, Sr. She is survived by her daughters, Tina Scott and husband Jack of Uvalde Becky Fox of Elliston, Virginia Tiffany Peters of Salem, Virginia Tamara Wright of Harriman, Tennessee and Teresa Lawson and husband Darrell of Kingston, Tennessee brother, Durell Baker Jr. and wife Phyllis of Clearspring, Maryland grandchildren, Ryland Scott, Skylar Scott, Lauren Scott, Cory Bass, Krista Bass, Kris Wright, Scott Wright, Melissa Lawson, Crystal Lawson, Jeffery Fox, Jessika Richey, and Rusty Fox 11 great grandchildren numerous nieces and nephews including Ted Williams and wife, Melody of Salem, Virginia and special friends, Lou Glockner and wife Sue, of Salem Virginia. She was preceded in death by her parents husband, Donald J. Peters daughters, Tonya Peters and Pattie Fox and sister, Mildred Baker. Graveside services will be held on July 8, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Earthman Resthaven Cemetery in Houston, Texas.
