Betty Terry

Betty Ann Terry of Brackettville passed away on November 6, 2014 in Uvalde Healthcare and Rehab at the age of 83. She was born on October 13, 1931 in Richland Springs, TX to Aaron Chastain and Fannie Wilborn Chastain. She is survived by her longtime companion, Daniel Kral of Brackettville three daughters, Gail Fritter and Sheri Smith, both of Carlsbad, NM and Joy Goodwin of Waco daughterinlaw, Marquita Terry of Kerrville eight grandchildren, Jonnice Wilcox, Clay Goodwin, Scott Goodwin, Teri Goodwin, T.J. Terry, Katherin Terry, Sabrina Smith, and Lelia Maag sixteen greatgrandchildren, Andrew Goodwin, David Ray Goodwin, Hunter Goodwin, Ashton McCormick, Boon Haddix, Nate Haddix, Geric Smith, Walter Smith, Emily Maag, Izzy Maag, Ben Goodwin, Grace Goodwin, Marcus Venegas, Adrian Terry, Christopher Terry, and Trenton Krueger and two greatgreatgrandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy J. Terry and son, Tommy J. Terry. Betty was a longtime member of the First Baptist Church in Brackettville. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2014 at 2:00 PM at the Terry Cemetery in San Saba, TX. Mr. Paul Stephens will officiate. Pallbearers will be Clay Goodwin, Scott Goodwin, T.J. Terry, Andrew Goodwin, David Ray Goodwin, and Hunter Goodwin.
