Billie Mitchell

Billie Louis Mitchell of Uvalde passed away on December 4, 2009 at the age of 89. She was born on October 13, 1920 in Rotan, TX to William Bradley and Ellen Gerushie Cox Davis. She married James Abraham Mitchell in Uvalde on August 17, 1939. He preceded her in death in 2002. She is survived by two daughters, Coy Sandra Radack and Linda Joan Pomeroy, both of Uvalde; a son, Chalmers Carol Mitchell of Hondo; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, James Conny Mitchell; three brothers; four sisters; and two grandsons, David Wayne Mitchell and Travis Carol Mitchell. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, December 8, 2009 at 3:00 PM at Hillcrest Cemetery.
