Billie Studer

Billie May Studer of Uvalde passed away on June 28, 2015 in Uvalde Memorial Hospital at the age of 84. She was born on November 30, 1930 in Uvalde to Charles L. Johnson and Frances Thornburg Johnson. She married Rodney Studer on July 31, 1948 in Uvalde. He preceded her in death in 2003. She is survived by two daughters, Sharon Studer and Terrie Swindall; and son, Bobby Studer and wife, Terry all of Uvalde; seven grandchildren, Robert Watson and wife, Siria; Taylor Watson, Sr. and wife, Bethany; Reagan Dishman; Trey Pegues and wife, Lisa; Rhett Pegues and wife, Cindy; Stacy McMillian and husband, Mark; and Preston Studer; and eight great-grandchildren, Rayleigh Watson; Taylor Watson, Jr.; Hayden Pegues; Whitlee Pegues; Campbell Pegues; Hatley Pegues; Brayson McMillian, and Rankin McMillian. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and daughter, Deborah Lynn Pegues Rawlings. A memorial service will be held on Monday, July 6, 2015 at 10:00 AM at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary. Cremation was under the direction of Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary.
