Carlos Brise�O

Carlos De La Cruz Briseo of Uvalde passed away at his residence on August 2, 2013 at the age of 78. He was born on September 30, 1934 in Uvalde to Isabel and Refugia De La Cruz Briseo. He married Juanita Ramos on June 3, 1956 in Uvalde. He is survived by his wife of 57 years daughter, Dora B. Fuentes of Pflugerville sons, Carlos Briseo Jr. of Laredo Richard Briseo and wife Melba Antonio Tony Briseo and wife Annette all of Uvalde and Rolando Briseo and wife Kelly of Austin sisters, Oralia Gutierrez and husband Baldemar of Lamont, California, Enriquetta Briseo, Bertha Costilla and husband Ismael and Ernestina Garcia and husband Richard all of Uvalde 12 grandchildren 12 greatgrandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents sisters, Lidia Briseo and Belia Briseo brothers, Isabel Briseo and Jose Briseo and grandson, Antonio A.J. Briseo Jr. A rosary will be held on Sunday at 7:00 p.m. at RushingEstesKnowles Mortuary. Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 5, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Joel L. Fuentes Jr., Joseph B. Fuentes, Carlos Briseo III, Richie Briseo, Santos Briseo, and Jeremy Briseo. Honorary pallbearer will be Adam Vasquez.
