Carlos Rangel

Carlos Rangel of Uvalde passed away on February 15, 2019 at his residence at the age of 56. He was born on June 22, 1962 in Mason, TX to Maria Rosa (Fraire) and Genaro G. Rangel. He is survived by his wife, Leticia Rangel of George West, TX; mother, Rosa F. Rangel of Uvalde; two brothers, Rafael F. Rangel and Ramiro F. Rangel; children, Ysenia, Carlos, Jr., Pedro, and Diego; and numerous beloved family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father. Graveside services will be held on Monday, February 18, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. at Hillcrest Cemetery.
