Carlos Rivera

Carlos Rivera of Laredo, passed away on December 10, 2011 at Methodist Specialty Transplant Hospital in San Antonio at the age of 42. He was born on December 7, 1969 in McAllen to Francisco and Leonor Melgosa Rivera. He married Maricela Aviles in Mission, Texas on November 27, 2006. He is survived by his wife of 5 years, daughters, Vanessa Rivera of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Angela Rivera and Samantha Rivera both of Laredo sons, Carlos Rivera Jr. of Laredo and Daniel Sanchez of Uvalde sisters, Maggie Rivera Sylvia Rivera Leticia Herrera, Martha Rivera all of Mission Pita Hernandez of Hidalgo, brothers, Francisco Rivera Jr. Nick Rivera both of Mission Jacinto Rivera of Sioux Falls, South Dakota George Rivera of Houston and Jesus Rivera of Hidalgo and numerous nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held on December 16, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Mission, Texas.
