Carolina Aguilar

Carolina Carrie Rodriguez Aguilar of Uvalde passed away on January 15, 2009 in her residence at the age of 79. She was born on March 10, 1929 in Blewitt, Texas to Felipe and Margarita Rodriguez. She married Adalberto B. Aguilar in Uvalde in 1950. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Adalberto Beto B. Aguilar of Uvalde, Texas; two sons; Adalberto B. Aguilar Jr.; and Humberto Aguilar and wife, Mercedez all of Uvalde, Texas; four sisters; Janie Fuentes, Sadie Musquiz, and Ramona Torres all of Uvalde, Texas; and Rebecca Gonzales of San Antonio, Texas; one brother; Alvaro Rodriguez of Stockton, California; two grandchildren; Adalberto Aguilar III and Humberto Trinidad Aguilar; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother; Vicente Rodriguez; five sisters; Ester Paolini, Lidia Villarreal, Katrina Riojas, Elida Idalgo, and Yolanda Villa. A Prayer service will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2009 at 7:00 PM at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Chapel. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, January 20, 2009 at 11:00 AM at Hillcrest Cemetery. Scott Bradford will be officiating.
