Charles Crawford, Jr.

Charles Quitman Crawford, Jr. passed away on March 20, 2011 in Pleasanton at the age of 86. He was born on November 21, 1924 in Crowell Foard County, TX to Charles and Oma Matthews Crawford, Sr. He is survived by his wife, Mary Jean Crawford of Pleasanton daughter, Annette Nixon of New Braunfels, TX sons, Charles Ladon Crawford and wife, Diane of Uvalde and James Bradley Crawford and wife, Kathy of Uvalde sister, Rosemary Holman and husband, Luman of Jacksonville, TX stepdaughter, Elizabeth King and husband, Harold of Pleasanton stepson, Mike Risinger and wife, Sherry of Canyon, TX and numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents first wife, Billy Jean Crawford son, Jeffrey Dow Crawford and two stepsons, Steve and Tommy Risinger. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, March 24, 2011 at 10:00 AM in Edgewood Cemetery, Crystal City, TX. Memorial donations may be made to the Regional Cancer Care Medical Center, 1025 Garner Field Rd., Uvalde, TX 78801 or to the charity of ones choice.
