Chelsie Ramirez

Chelsie A. Ramirez of La Pryor passed away on August 1, 2009 in San Antonio at the age of 17. She was born in Uvalde on February 7, 1992 in Uvalde to Jose Luis and Dalia Arenas Ramirez. She is survived by her parents, Joe and Dalia Ramirez of La Pryor; paternal grandparents, Abelardo and Guadalupe Ramirez of Uvalde; maternal grandmother, Guadalupe Arenas of La Pryor; maternal great-grandmother, Rafaela Mendoza of La Pryor; three sisters, Cassandra, April Chantel, and Emma Dee Ramirez, all of La Pryor; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Ramon Arenas. A rosary will be held on Sunday and Monday nights at 7:00 PM at the Rushing-Estes-Knowles Chapel. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 4, 2009 at 11:00 AM at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in La Pryor with burial to follow in the La Pryor Cemetery. Fr. Anthony Mendoza will officiate.
