Clarence Marion LeBouf was born April 24, 1929 to Barbara Boydston LeBouf and John L. LeBouf in Electra, Texas.
He graduated Electra High School and attended college in Enid OK on a basketball scholarship. He married his high school sweetheart, Tommie Anne Ratcliffe on April 16, 1948. They had a son, John Lawrence LeBouf married to Debra Kay Grace and living in East Bernard TX and a daughter, Jo Sue LeBouf who lives in Inez TX.
Clarence was employed by Magnolia Oil in 1948 and lived in Eastland TX, Thibodaux LA, Snyder TX, Premont TX, Harper KS and then Vanderbilt TX where he and his family lived until he retired in 1985. While living in Vanderbilt, he volunteered for the Little League program, the Vanderbilt Volunteer Fire Department, the Vanderbilt Volunteer EMS Department, the Lavaca-Navidad River Authority, the Presbyterian Church, the Masonic Lodge and was a referee for high school basketball for over 20 years.
When he retired from Mobil-Exxon he and Tommie Anne moved to Utopia TX. They joined the Utopia United Methodist Church, sang in the choir and thoroughly enjoyed their new home on the river and their active social life. Clarence lost his wife, Tommie Anne March 1, 1988.
Clarence married life time Utopia resident Evelyn Fisher in August of 1989 and they lived in Utopia until his death. They shared the love of travel and enjoyed an Alaskan cruise, many trips to Nevada, New Mexico, Colorado, California, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, Alabama and Georgia, a river raft trip down the Colorado River in the Grand Canyon. He also enjoyed a fishing trip to Alaska with his son and grandsons.
Clarence was active in the Masonic Lodge, played the wash tub with local music jams, sang with God's Scrap Iron men's choral group, played golf at the Utopia Golf Course and was there to help anyone with their projects.
Clarence was blessed with children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. John Lawrence and Debra Kay LeBouf have son, Cory LeBouf married to Carrie LeBouf living in Katy, TX who have a daughter Kaylee and sons Landon and Tyler; daughter Lauren Boone married to Nathan Boone living in Spring Branch, TX who have a son Ryland and daughter Kynlee and daughter Atlee whose final resting place is in Utopia at the Jones Cemetery; and son Chad LeBouf married to Brandi LeBouf living in Katy, TX who have sons Connor, Ryan and Blake.
Children of Jo Sue LeBouf are daughter Ann Marie Taylor Malkoc married to Adis Malkoc living in Lawrenceville, GA and they have a son Aidan; and son Matthew Taylor living in Madison MS.
