Clemente Moreno

Clemente T. Moreno of La Pryor passed away on October 18, 2014 at his residence at the age of 76. He was born on December 22, 1937 in Orange Grove, TX to Pablo Moreno and Maria Trevino Moreno. He married Evangelina Perez in La Pryor on May 29, 1961. He is survived by his wife of 53 years four daughters, Maria Guadalupe Juarez, and Cristina Avila and husband, Armando, all of Uvalde Raquel Velasquez and husband, Oscar, and Josephine Castillo and husband, Roberto, all of La Pryor three sons, Pablo Moreno and wife, Yvette, and Cristobal Moreno and wife, Kenisha, all of La Pryor and Clemente J. Moreno and wife, Vicenta of Uvalde five sisters one brother 29 grandchildren, 32 greatgrandchildren, and one greatgreatgrandchild and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents two sisters and one brother. A rosary will be held on Saturday, October 18, 2014 and Sunday, October 19, 2014 at 7:00 PM at RushingEstesKnowles Mortuary. Funeral mass will be held on Monday, October 20, 2014 at 2:00 PM at St. Josephs Catholic Church in La Pryor with burial following in La Pryor Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Pablo Moreno, Clemente J. Moreno, Jr., Oscar Velasquez III, J.P. Velasquez, Roberto Castillo, Jr., Dylan Avila, and Ethan Ray Moreno. Honorary pallbearers will be Jacob Castillo and Matthew Avila.
