Cleotilde Garza

Cleotilde S. Garza of Batesville passed away on December 9, 2013 at Amistad Nursing Home in Uvalde at the age of 80. She was born on February 19, 1933 in Villa Union, Coahuila, Mexico to Diego Santos and Eloisa Hernandez. She is survived by her sons, Juan Garza and wife Julieta of Villa Union, Coahuila, Jose Garza and wife Norma Patricia of San Antonio, Felix Garza Jr. and wife Eloisa of Batesville, Diego Garza of Andrews, Texas sister, Maria Hernandez Capetillo of Allende, Coahuila brothers, Ernesto Santos and Guadalupe Santos both of Allende, Mexico 10 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Felix Garza Sr. and brothers, Abelardo Santos and Evslio Santos. A rosary will be held on Monday and a vigil on Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. at RushingEstesKnowles Mortuary. A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at 12:00 p.m. at St. Patricks Catholic Church in Batesville. Burial will follow at Batesville Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Juan Garza, Jaime Garza, Javier Garza, Felix Garza, Diego Garza, Jorge Garza, Gaston Garza and Sergio Vasquez.
