Colleen Freeman

Colleen Elois Freeman of Uvalde passed away on September 14, 2009 in Amistad Nursing Home at the age of 80. She was born on May 10, 1929 in La Pryor to Andrew and Juanita Seale Abele. She married John Freeman in La Pryor on April 10, 1950. She is survived by her husband of 59 years; son, Denny Freeman and wife, Elaine of Oklahoma City, OK; two daughters, Patsy Chamrad and husband, Dean of San Angelo, TX and Carol Paxton and husband, Steve of Ft. Collins, CO; and five grandchildren; Casey Freeman, Carey Freeman, Amanda Paxton, Samantha Paxton, and Whitney Paxton. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, September 17, 2009 at 10:00 AM in Hillcrest Cemetery.
