Consuelo Mancha

Consuelo Mancha of Uvalde passed away at Uvalde Memorial Hospital on August 8, 2012 at the age of 84. She was born on September 21, 1927 in Uvalde to Everardo and Antonia Tobias Costilla. She married Evaristo F. Mancha on June 6, 1941 in Uvalde. She is survived by her daughters, Aurora Khosravi of Uvalde, Rosa Elia Garcia and husband David of San Antonio, daughter in law, Dedic G. Mancha of Pearland son, Evaristo C. Mancha and wife Debra of Indiana sisters, Mary Rodriguez, Juanita Martinez both of San Antonio, Diamantina Canales of Wisconsin brother, Ismael Costilla of Uvalde 11 grandchildren 4 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Evaristo F. Mancha parents son, Frank Mancha sister, Rosa Tellez brothers, Juan Costilla, Eduardo Costilla, Marcos Costilla, Pablo Costilla and Samuel Costilla and grandson, Frankie Mancha. A prayer service will be held on Friday August 10, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. at the RushingEstesKnowles Chapel. Funeral services will be held on Saturday August 11, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. at the Primera Iglesia Baptista. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery.
