Coy Miller

Coy Gene Miller of Uvalde passed away on December 28, 2017 at the South Texas Veteran's Health Care System in San Antonio at the age of 86. He was born on September 5, 1931 in Worthville, Kentucky to Isaac Cordy Miller and Marie Catherine Miles Miller. He is survived by his wife Anita Juanice Miller of Uvalde,Tx; three daughters, Barbara Miller and Carol Miller of Uvalde,Tx; and Gretchen Sidlo and husband Jason Sidlo of Fredericksburg,Tx; one son, James David Miller of Anacortes, Washington; Two brothers, Bobby Dean Miller and wife Doris of Carrolton, Kentucky; and Ronald Glen Miller of Dallas, Texas. He is also survived by Ten grandchildren; Garry Miller of Rockport, WA, Marie Hilliard of Anacortes, WA, James L. Miller of LaConner, WA, Amy Lauder of Magnolia, TX, Danielle Roberts of Fredericksburg, Tx, Cody Roberts of Castroville, TX, Brandy Wilds and Amber Saldana of San Antonio, TX, Devon Miller of Oregon and Brian Mathis, Jr. of Gainsville, FL. He is also survived by eighteen great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents Isaac Cordy Miller and Marie Catherine Miles Miller; three brothers, Chester Lee Miller; Kenneth Gayle Miller and Isaac Sloan Miller; one daughter, Maranda Jane Mathis. Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 1, 2018 at 2:00 pm at Northside Baptist Church. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Garry Miller, James L. Miller, James David Miller, Cody Roberts, Danny Roberts, Jason Sidlo.
