Crecencia Luna

Miss Crecencia C. "Candy" Luna of Sabinal passed away on January 9, 2015 in San Antonio at the age of 75. She was born on June 15, 1939 in Sabinal to Pablo and Natividad (Campos) Luna. She is survived by her sisters, Estella Luna; Margarita Luna; Maria Isabel Luna all of Sabinal and Juanita Luna Lawhn of San Antonio; brother, Jose Martin of San Antonio; numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Pablo Severo Luna, Jose Jesus Luna, Luis Luna and Juan Luna. A rosary will be held on Sunday, January 11, 2015 at 7:00 pm at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary in Sabinal. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, January 12, 2015 at 2:30 pm at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Sabinal with burial to follow at St. Patrick's Catholic Cemetery in Sabinal. Pallbearers will be her nephews, Jaime Luis Lawhn, José Thomas Luna, Arturo Luna, Juan Luna, Jr. José Luna, Jr., Antonio Luna, Charlie Paul Luna and Paul Luna.
