Daniel Mirelez

Daniel Mirelez of La Pryor passed away on December 13, 2009 in his residence at the age of 51. He was born on August 17, 1958 in Batesville, Texas to Zacarias Juan Manuel and Antonia Mirelez. He married Rosa Maria Rodriguez in Uvalde, Texas on May 12, 1989. He is survived by his wife of 20 years Rosa Mirelez of La Pryor, Texas; parents; Juan Perez and Antonia Delgado of Batesville, Texas; seven daughters; Veronica Mirelez, and Sandra Mirelez both of Uvalde, Texas; Angela Wood and husband, Israel of New Berlin, Illinois; Marta Ruiz and husband, James; Noelia Mirelez; and Daniela Mirelez all of La Pryor, Texas; Jessica Sanchez and husband, Jose of Beardstown, Illinois; four sons; Benjamin Hernandez and wife, Dalia of La Pryor, Texas; Gustavo Mirelez of Uvalde, Texas; Mike Hernandez and wife, Katy of Crystal City, Texas; Daniel Mirelez Jr. and wife Joanie of Austin, Texas; four sisters; Maria Hernandez and husband, Roman of Batesville, Texas; Rosa Hernandez and Ann Hernandez and husband, Gil all of Austin, Texas; Dora Villanueva and husband, Carlos of La Pryor, Texas; one brother; Juan Mirelez and wife, Donna of San Antonio, Texas; sixteen grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father; Zacarias Juan Manuel Mirelez. A rosary will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday at 7:00 PM at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Chapel. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 17, 2009 at 3:00 PM at St. Josephs Catholic Church in La Pryor, Texas. Father Wieslaw Iwaniec will officiate. Pallbearers will be Ben Hernandez, Mike Hernandez, Carlos Villanueva, Israel Wood, Juan Mirelez, Juan Perez, Gustavo Mirelez, and Daniel Mirelez Jr.
