David Frank Low, 40, of Devine, formerly of Uvalde, passed away on Jan. 6, 2019, in San Antonio.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday at 2 p.m. at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary.
He was born on Dec. 7, 1978, in Uvalde.
David was a loving father, son, brother and uncle. He enjoyed building things and working on cars. He loved spending time outdoors and hanging out with his family. His favorite pastimes included barbecuing, camping, hanging out at the river and getting trucks stuck in the mud.
He is survived by his mother, Wanda Brown of Devine; daughters, Caitlyn Low and Dreanna Low of San Antonio; sons, Cade Low and Harrison Low of Devine; sisters, Cathy Balke and husband, Michael, of Knippa, Lyndsay Taylor of Austin and April Booker and husband, Boyd, of Hondo. He is also survived by his companion, Jessica Findlay of Devine, and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his uncle, Kenneth Harrison, and grandparents, Kitty and Frank Harrison, formerly of Uvalde.
