Debbie Cuellar Flores

Debbie Cuellar Flores, 47, of Uvalde passed away on January 10, 2024, at her residence. 

Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 14, 2024, from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. with a rosary at 7 p.m. at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary.  A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, January 15, 2024, at 10 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church.  Interment will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery. 

She was born on January 28, 1976, in Uvalde, Texas to Dora (Rodriguez) and Ruben Cuellar. 

She married Paul David Flores on September 27, 2008, in Uvalde, Texas.

She is survived by her husband of 15 years and their son of Uvalde; parents, Ruben and Dora Cuellar of Uvalde; sister, Cathy Cuellar Barton and husband, Donald of Uvalde; brother, Eric Cuellar of Uvalde; father in law and mother in law, Federico and Yolanda Flores of Uvalde; brother-in-law, Orlando R. Flores, and wife Andrea R. Flores and children Noah Flores and Abigail Flores; brother-in-law, Fred Flores and wife Lorena G. Flores and children Elijah Flores, Emmanuel "Manu" Flores and Carolina Flores and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. 

She is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents and maternal grandparents. 

Pallbearers will be Elijah Flores, Emmanuel "Manu" Flores, Lee Esparza, Jr., Eric Cuellar, Donald Barton, Noah Flores, Ernesto "Ernie" Rodriguez and Hector Cuellar, Sr.
