Dimas Tenorio

Dimas A. Tenorio of La Pryor passed away on March 20, 2015 at his residence at the age of 57. He was born on January 15, 1958 in Uvalde to Lazaro and Herlinda (Aguilera) Tenorio. He married Maria Sylvia Trevino on November 21, 1976 in La Pryor. He is survived by his wife of 38 years of La Pryor; daughters, Chriselda Gonzales of Dilley, Anna Maria Tenorio Rios and Lisa Michelle Tenorio both of La Pryor; sons, Dimas Trevino of Uvalde, Dimas Tenorio of La Pryor, Adrian Martinez and Adam Martinez both of Dilley; sisters, Gloria Esquivel, Yolanda Granados and Belia Flores all of La Pryor; brothers, Rey Tenorio of Houston and Ted Tenorio of San Antonio; 15 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Jesus Tenorio and Jose Tenorio. A rosary will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary. A funeral mass will be held on Thursday, March 26, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Burial will follow at La Pryor Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Rey Tenorio, Jr., Carlos Ruiz, Sam Gonzales, Rolando Tapia, Chris Gonzales, Pat Granado, Carlos Villanueva, Jr. and Jason Bergara.
