Don Willemin

Don M. Willemin of Uvalde passed away on March 12, 2018 in Amistad Nursing Home at the age of 78. He was born on March 12, 1940 in San Antonio to John Willemin and Virgie Gold Willemin. He married Dorothy Stephens in San Antonio on September 8, 1962. He is survived by his wife of 55 years; two sons, John Willemin of Houston and Don Willemin of Uvalde; daughter, Donna Downing of Beeville; sister, Geneva Barr of San Antonio; and five grandchildren, Emma, Margaret, and Lois Downing; and Kaitlyn and George Willemin. He was preceded in death by his parents. Cremation was under the direction of Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 24, 2018 at 10:30 AM at Baptist Temple Church.
