Douglas Gilbert Courreges of Englewood, Kansas passed away on January 11, 2008 in Oklahoma at the age of 53. He was born on August 5, 1954 to Wayne Allen, Sr. and Lenora Faye Gilbert Courreges. He was a former owner of Louisiana Prime Electrical Supply in Gonzales, LA during the 1990's and made many good friends through the business. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He is survived by his parents; four daughters, Lisa Marie Gradney; Kimberly Dawn Williams; Tara Suzette Courreges; and Piper Rose Courreges; six sons, Douglas Wayne Courreges; Ryan Patrick Courreges; Tyson Ray Courreges; Spencer Seth Courreges; Colton Gilbert Courreges; and Hunter Elliott Courreges; one sister, Suzette Wright; two brothers, Wayne Allen Courreges, Jr. and Daniel Ray Courreges; and seven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Herman Graves and Mary Lucy Gilbert; and his paternal grandparents, Felix and Ellen Kay Steele Courreges. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, January 19, 2008, at 2:00 PM in Leona Chapel Cemetery. Mr. Douglas Wright will officiate.
