Edelmiro Bustamante

Edelmiro Dell Bustamante of Uvalde passed away on June 27, 2009 in his residence at the age of 73. He was born on April 19, 1936 in Big Wells, Texas to Justo and Tomasa Bustamante. He is survived by one daughter; Bonnie Webb and husband, Richard of Ocala, Florida; great aunt; Justina Bustamante of Freer, Texas; six sisters; Elena Naranjo of Houston, Texas; Lucy Hernandez and husband, Juan of Gonzales, Texas; Carolyn Decker and husband, Cecil of Lufkin, Texas; Emma Cabrera and husband, Macario of Goliad, Texas; Linda Gonzales and husband, Ralph and Yolanda De Leon and husband, Joe all of Midland, Texas; five brothers; Johnny Bustamante and wife, Mary of New Braunfels, Texas, Rocky Bustamante and wife, Irma, and Robert Bustamante and wife, Rosa all of Medicineville, Texas; Ruben Bustamante of Midland, Texas; Tom Bustamante and wife, Lucy of Goliad, Texas; three grandchildren; Tamarah Helmstetler and husband, Eric of Roswell, New Mexico; Tanya Bustamante of Ruidoso, New Mexico; and Mandy Montoya of Almogordo, New Mexico; two great grandchildren; Jayden and Rodderick Helmstetler; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Mary Bustamante; son; Donnie Dell Bustamante; and sister, Ernestina Edison. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 1, 2009 at 9:00 AM at The Church of The Nazarene with burial to follow in Hillcrest Cemetery. Pastor Dwight Babcock will officiate.
