Edward Martinez

Edward "Eddie" T. Martinez of Uvalde passed away in San Antonio at the age of 48. He was born on November 29, 1969 in Seagraves, Texas to Pedro and Rosario (Torres) Martinez. He married Kristeen D. Chapa on June 18, 1993 in Uvalde.
He is survived by his wife of 24 years of Uvalde; mother, of Uvalde; sons, Edward Adam Martinez and Joe Robert Martinez both of Uvalde; sisters, Herlinda Lopez of Ft. Worth and Cynthia Martinez of Uvalde; brother, Antonio Martinez of Uvalde and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father.
A rosary will be held on Monday, October 2, 2017 and Tuesday, October 3, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary.
Cremation is under the direction of Rushing Estes Knowles Mortuary.
