Elsa Rodriguez

Elsa A. Rodriguez of Uvalde passed away on October 27, 2014 at her residence at the age of 62. She was born to Camilo and Gloria Caro Aguirre on December 18, 1951 in Uvalde. She married Santiago Jimmy Rodriguez in Uvalde, she is survived by her sons Charles Rodriguez and Rene Garcia III both of Uvalde and Ruben Rodriguez of San Antonio, sisters Elizabeth Page of Pennsylvania, Belinda Pena and Melinda Aguirre both Uvalde, brothers Camilo Aguirre, Jr. of San Antonio, Jesse Joe Aguirre of San Antonio, 9 grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews. She was a long life resident of Uvalde, graduated from Sul Ross University with her Bachelor degree in Business Administration in 1997. She was preceded in death by her parents. A rosary will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday October 28th and 29th at 7pm at RushingEstesKnowles Mortuary. A funeral mass will be on Thursday, October 30th at 11:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with burial to follow at Uvalde Catholic Cemetery. A cremation is under the direction of RushingEstesKnowles Mortuary. Pallbearers will be Ruben Rodriguez, Charles Rodriguez, Jesse Aguirre, Jesse Aguirre, Jr., Anthony Aguirre and C.J Rodriguez.
