Else Tveden

Else Inge Tveden of Uvalde passed away on October 7, 2020 at her residence at the age of 92.  She was born on July 13, 1928 in Vor Frue, Denmark to Alfred Jensen Tveden and Karen Jensen.

She is survived by her brother, Jens Mogens Tveden of Surrey BC, Canada, nephew, John Tveden of Lengle BC, Canada; niece, Heidi Sinclair of Langley, BC Canada.

Else came to the United States in her early 20’s to visit relatives and ended up getting citizenship and stayed. She spent her life ranching in Northern Kinney County and Southern Edwards County before coming to live in Uvalde.  She loved her goats and always referred to them as her babies.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Hillcrest Cemetery.
