Enrique Gutierrez

Enrique Gutierrez of Sabinal passed away on August 11, 2021 at Methodist Hospital at the age of 51.  He was born on April 9, 1970 in San Antonio, Texas to Carlos Gutierrez and Rita Patlan.

He married Diane Williams in Concan, Texas on November 9, 1996.

He is survived by his wife of 24 years of Sabinal, Texas, mother, Rita P. Rodriguez of San Antonio; daughters, Ethel Louise Gutierrez and husband, Jose Medina of San Antonio and Desiree Darlene Gutierrez and fiancé, Jose Vasquez, III of Sabinal; son, Enriquez Gutierrez, Jr. and fiancé, Sabrina Maltos of Sabinal; sister, Michelle Martin of Sabinal, Texas, brother, Carlos Gutierrez, Jr. of Sabinal, Texas; grandchildren, Catalina Ariel Villa and Joseph Andrew Vasquez and numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his father; grandparents, Carlos and Paula Gutierrez and maternal grandparents, Medijildo and Louisa Patlan.

Visitation will begin on Friday, August 20, 2021 at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary at 4:00 p.m.  A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 21, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary.  Interment will follow at Sabinal Cemetery in Sabinal, Texas
