Ernest Lynch

Ernest Daniel Lynch of Concan passed away on July 19, 2008 in Peterson Regional Medical Center in Kerrville at the age of 62. He was born on August 25, 1945 in Bakersfield, CA to Ernest E. and Lavada McCurdy Lynch. He married Alma Arredondo on June 5, 1976 in Rio Grande City, TX. He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Dr. Alma Arredondo-Lynch of Concan; two daughters, Linda Duhon and husband, Jonathon of Lewisville, TX and Danielle Lynch of Concan; one son, Christian Lynch of College Station; two sisters, Patti Payne of Portland, OR and Johnnie Cowart of Vacaville, CA; and two grandchildren, Jonathon Daniel Duhon and Cadi Anna Duhon. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 23, 2008 at 10:00 AM at the Getty St. Church of Christ in Uvalde with burial to follow at Rancho Canon Perdido in Concan. Mr. Ben Padilla will officiate. Pallbearers will be Randy Methvin, Frank Weidig, Christian Lynch, Adrian Arredondo, Jonathon Duhon, Chip Browning, Eddie Arredondo, and Heradio Rios. Memorial donations may be made to the Cherokee Home for Children, PO Box 295, Cherokee, TX 76832.
