Esperanza Losoya

Esperanza Losoya, 97, of Uvalde, Texas passed away on February 16, 2025, at Amistad Nursing Home in Uvalde.

She was born on November 9, 1927, in Uvalde, Texas to Cruz (Gustamante) and Sebastian Vara. 

She is survived by her two sons, Margarito V. Losoya, Jr. of Uvalde, Texas and Jesse Losoya of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; 9 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. 

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Margarito Losoya; son, Roberto Losoya and daughter, Otila Torres. 

Cremation is under the direction of Rushing-Este-Knowles Mortuary.
