Esperanza Rendon

Esperanza V. Rendon of Uvalde passed away on March 21, 2014 at Amistad Nursing Home at the age of 76. She was born on May 7, 1937 in Rockspings, Texas to Guadalupe and Cruz Perez Vela. She married Eluterio Rendon on September 29, 1955 in Rocksprings. She is survived by four sons: Cirilo Rendon Eluterio Rendon Jr. and wife Alma Eliberto Rendon and Jose Rendon and wife Juanita all of Uvalde and numerous grandchildren, greatgrandchildren, nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband Eluterio Rendon, parents, two sons Eluterio and Jose Rendon, sister Teresa Vela Isaiz and two brothers Reyes and Enrique Vela. A rosary will be recited Saturday, March 22, 2014 at 7:00 PM at RushingEstesKnowles Mortuary. A vigil services and rosary will be held on Sunday, March 23, 2014 at 7:00 PM at RushingEstesKnowles Mortuary. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, March 24, 2014 at 2:00 PM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with burial to follow in Uvalde Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Eluterio Rendon III, Steve Rendon, Christopher Rendon, Jose Rendon Jr., Eliberto Rendon Jr. and Brandon Lee Rendon.
