Esther Infante

Esther Infante of Kermit, Texas formally of Uvalde, Texas  passed away on November 15, 2020 in Kermit, Texas at the age of 83. She was born on September 28, 1937 in Kemp, Texas to Baldazar and Heremerjilda (Velasquez) Infante. She is survived by her seven daughters, Anna West and husband Bruce of Hobbs, New Mexico, Maria Flores and husband, Felix of Uvalde, Texas, Elizabeth Brijalba and husband, Gilbert of Kermit, Texas, Maria Elena Perez of Dallas, Texas, Frances Velasquez and husband George of Hobbs, New Mexico, Maria Pena and husband Joe of Roswell, New Mexico, and JoAnn Martinez and husband Leroy of Lubbock, Texas; four sons, Homar Galvan and wife Lala of Lubbock, Texas, Joe Galvan and wife, Yolanda of Lovington, New Mexico, David Galvan of Lovington, New Mexico, and Jeffery Galvan of Lubbock, Texas; one brother, Joshua Infante of San Francisco, California; numerous nieces and nephews; 34 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Baldazar and Heremerjilda (Velasquez) Infante; brothers, David Infante, Ruben Infante, Marcos Infante, Isreal Infante, and Pedro Infante; and sister, Raquel Pena

Esther Infante was a strong, beautiful mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great grandmother. She is and will always be loved and cherished dearly by all those whose lives she touched.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at 10:00 AM at Hillcrest Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Billy Flores, Gabriel Flores, David Galvan, Ashleigh Martinez, David Galvan, and Jeffery Galvan.
