Eula Mackey

Eula Mackey of Knippa passed away on December 20, 2009 in her residence at the age of 79. She was born on November 9, 1930 in Chicago, Illinois to William and Frieda Morris. She married Don Mackey in Knippa, Texas on April 12, 1952. She is survived by one daughter; Kathy Lynn Mackey of Delta, PA; two sons; D. Steven Mackey and wife, Niloufer of Kalamazoo, MI; Gary Alan Mackey and wife, Laura of Boston, Massachusetts; two sisters; Mary Anne Fortune and husband, Jerry; and Linda Lee and Bobby Jett Littleton all of Knippa, Texas; one brother; William J. Morris Jr., and wife, Mary of Denton, Texas; two grandchildren; two great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Don Mackey and parents. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 26, 2009 at 1:00 PM at Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Knippa, Texas. Rev. Jerry Fortune and Pastor Daryl Knox will be officiating. Burial will be in Churchville, Maryland.
