Evangelina Cano

Evangelina Eva G. Cano of Uvalde passed away on October 13, 2014 in San Antonio at the age of 83. She was born on July 21, 1931 in Allende, Coahuila, Mexico to Francisco and Alejandra Carmona Gallegos. She married Ramon Cano on June 25, 1978 in Crystal City, TX. She is survived by a daughter, Gloria B. Perez and husband, Juan and son, Ricardo G. Banda and wife, Consuelo, all of Uvalde five grandchildren, Jonathan M. Perez Debora A. Perez Julio V. Banda Lissette V. Banda and Jessica Cervantes step grandson, Johnny L. Perez five greatgrandchildren, Destiny M. Garcia Desirea M. Garcia Danielle M. Garcia Jaelynn M. Perez and Jonathan M. Perez, Jr. numerous nieces, nephews and special friend, Georgina Vega of Uvalde. She is preceded in death by her husband parents son, Miguel G. Banda daughter, Diana G. Banda sisters, Minerva G. Zamora Maria Nieves G. Rios and Amalia Gallegos and brother, Francisco Gallegos. A rosary will be held on Wednesday, October 15, 2014 and Thursday, October 16, 2014 at 7:00 PM at RushingEstesKnowles Mortuary. Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 17, 2014 at 10:00 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with burial to follow in Hillcrest Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Julio V. Banda, Lissette V. Banda, John Cano, Guadalupe Perez, Ramon Perez and Juan Vega
