Evelyn Wilkirson

Evelyn M. Wilkirson of Uvalde, Texas passed away on December 11, 2009 at Vista in San Antonio, Texas at the age of 89. She was born on January 20, 1920 in Pasadena, Texas to Kirby and Rebecca Miller. She is survived by two daughters; Sandra Perez and husband, James of Uvalde, Texas; Alta Lois and husband, George Pederson of Burleson, Texas; one son; Sidney Wilkerson and wife, Judy of Bandera, Texas; two sisters; Cre Powell of Florida; Emma Fisher of Clearlake, Texas; one brother; Billy Miller of Deer Park, Texas; eight grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Al Wilkirson; parents; three brothers; and one sister. A viewing will be held on Sunday, December 13, 2009 at 4:00 PM at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Chapel. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, December 15, 2009 at 10:00 AM in Knippa Cemetery.
