Fannie Maddox

Fannie Elizabeth Maddox of Uvalde passed away on October 31, 2008 in Uvalde Memorial Hospital at the age of 91. She was born on March 23, 1917 in Taylor, Texas to Robert C. and Alice Tate. She married Paul William Maddox in 1935. He preceded her in death on January 8, 1970. She is survived by daughter: Donna Kay Maddox of Uvalde, Texas; four sons, Paul Gene Maddox and wife Georgia of Frisco, Texas; David Lee Maddox of Uvalde, Texas; Bryon Wayne Maddox of Uvalde, Texas;and Robert FranklinRusty Maddox and wife Tommi Jean of Ignacio, Colorado. She is also survived by thirty grandchildren, forty-one great grandchildren, 12 great great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband; parents, one son, Charles Wesley Maddox and two sisters, Ruby Livingston and Dorothy Standifer. Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 3, 2008, at 10:00 AM at the Rushing-Estes-Knowles Chapel in Uvalde with burial to follow in Uvalde Cemetery. Brother Dwight Babcock and Brother Jesus Cardona will be officiate.
