Faustino Delgado

Faustino Delgado of Batesville passed away on May 2, 2011 at the age of 85. He was born on February 15, 1926 to Florencio and Manuela Delgado in Raymondville, Texas. He married Trinidad Sambrano in Crystal City. He is survived by four daughters, Elvira Morales and husband Jessie of Uvalde Guadalupe Delgado Trine Martinez and husband Ismael both of Batesville Rosaura Delgado of Kerrville four sons Florencio Delgado and wife Ann Maria Jose Luis Delgado and wife Mary both of Pasadena Hector Delgado and wife Sandra Chico Paulo Delgado and wife Jessica both of Batesville Sister Antonia Mireles of Batesville two brothers Juan Delgado of Raymondville Fernando Delgado of Pearsall 25 grandchildren, 26 greatgrandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his wife and parents. A rosary will be held on Tuesday May 3, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at RushingEstesKnowles Chapel in Uvalde. Funeral mass will be held on Wednesday May 4, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. at St. Patricks Church in Batesville burial will follow at Batesville Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Florencio Delgado Jr., Ruben Delgado, Faustino Delgado, Hector Delgado, Jose Luis Delgado, Florencio Delgado Sr. and honorary pallbearer, Chico Paulo Delgado
